The Telugu film industry has landed in a crisis with Pro Telangana and Samaikya Andhra agitations all over AP. With almost all the top film personalities coming from coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions, the Telugu film industry is virtually ruled by non Telangana personalities.
It is heard that, one of the top film personality even ridiculed about Telangana people saying, they are only good enough to watch the movie, but doesn’t know how to make the film. Director Shankar openly said that he will make a movie only with Telangana cast and crew right after listening the above strong statement.
While Shankar’s plans are at statement level, another director Mr. Ramesh Tummala is making a movie titled as “Baanchen Nee Kaallumokkutha” with Inkennalu as the tagline. This film will not only reflect the culture, tradition and customs of it’s people but also will have the cast and crew from Telangana.
