Prabhas-Kajal starrer movie Darling is going be ready by summer in the month of April. Currently this movie shooting is going on in Hyderabad. The talkie part of the film has been completed. Darling movie new posters released on net.

Darling is being directed by Karunakaran who has earlier directed Tholiprema and Ullasanga Utsahanga. It is being produced by Bogavalli Prasad under the banner Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra. Bogavalli Prasad has earlier produced super hit film, Chatrapathi with Prabhas. Kajal is playing Prabhas lady-love in the film.

Richie, Kim strip for shoot

Socialite Nicole Richie, reality star Kim Kardashian and actress Selma Blair stripped off for a photo shoot which was presided over by Hollywood star Demi Moore.

The star-studded shoot was for the upcoming issue of Harper’s Bazaar, with actress-turned-photographer de Cadenet taking the pictures, reported Contactmusic.

Moore accompanied her photographer friend to the shoot on Tuesday and was delighted when her friend let her step behind the camera to snap some pictures.

"Helping my pal Amanda de Cadenet (with) her photoshoot for Bazaar - all nudes showing all types of bodies love it! Especially cuz (because) I’m behind camera!" Moore wrote on her Twitter page.

Richie later on took to her own Twitter account to express her gratitude towards the photographer and the actress married to actor Ashton Kutcher.

"Thank you Amanda de Cadenet & Mrs Kutcher (Moore) or such a wonderful, inspiring day. It was an honour being nude for you," she wrote.

Siddharth-Shruti Haasan Telugu fantasy being produced by Disney

Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group, known for American animation films has entered movie production in Telugu Cinema. The Walt Disney Company India announced a Telugu movie with Siddharth and Shruthi in lead roles.

Disney will partly produce Siddharth, Sruthi Hassan’s fantasy movie which is being directed by Prakash. Siddhartha is playing the super hero in the movie and there is also a 11 kid involved in the story and so the Disney is interested in the movie.Lakshmi Manchu is also playing an important role in the movie. Ranjitha, who was caught in the sex video scandal with Nityananda has finally offered an explanation. The actress was reported as telling a magazine that she was merely doing the daily chores as a disciple of Nithyananda and some lewd scenes were added to it.

Big B to promote Kerala tourism

Amitabh Bachchan has accepted Kerala’s request to become the state’s brand ambassador to promote tourism, state Tourism Minister, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said Thursday.

As soon as Big B expressed his willingness to become a brand ambassador to promote Kerala tourism last month, a letter to this effect was written to him, Balakrishnan added. "Yesterday (Wednesday) I got his letter stating that he is willing to become the brandambassador and for that he is prepared to start a dialogue. I have asked the tourism director to have a discussion to this effect," said Balakrishnan.

Big B was in the state for a few functions last month. It was then, during an interview to a TV channel, that the actor said he would gladly accept the offer to become Keralatourism’s brand ambassador.

So while most filmmakers are still looking for ways to approach their actors on the issue, Nadiadwala has taken stringent steps to assure that no member of the cast or the crew will leak any kind of details about his project ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ on any networking site.

The producer took the strict decision after he saw a constant inflow of pictures and information being put up on the said site. And with his both lead actors Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor being active users of the site, Sajid had little choice but to impose his will.

Confirming the news, Sajid told a daily, “I actually took the decision to forbid my cast and crew from putting any information on websites after an incident that happened with Sajid Khan, my director of ‘Housefull’. We were doing a photo-session with the film’s stars. We weren’t even finished and Sajid Khan had already put one of the pictures on the site. I was horrified. That’s when I decided it was time to make the confidentiality clause a legal issue in all my contracts.”

Regretting the lack of privacy among stars, Sajid further added, “I remember when my father produced JP Dutta’s Ghulami, we’d stand outside Dharmendra’s van for hours waiting for him to emerge so we could see what he wore, how he styled his hair, what watch he had on, etc. Today the stars volunteer all this information on the social networks even before the director takes his first shot. I think all of us need to make confidentiality compulsory for every film."

Hema Malini robbery case solved, 5 nabbed

Mumbai Police Monday cracked the Rs.8 million robbery from the house of Bollywood actress and politician Hema Malini and nabbed five people in this regard, an official said.

The suspects were caught from a residential complex, Nensey Colony in Borivli East, barely 10 km north of Hema Malini's residence in Goregaon East.

Police have recovered around Rs.one million worth of jewellery from the home of one of the accused and Rs.93,000 cash from the others, said Joint Police Commissioner (Crime) Rakesh Maria.

According to Maria, police had got a tip-off that a gang of robbers was likely to commit a robbery in the area and the sleuths lay in wait for them Monday morning.

Around 10.30 a.m., the gang arrived at a building near the ST Bus Depot and walked into the police trap, he said.

A search of the accused led to the recovery of some weapons.

The gang members have been identified as: Vinod Padamsingh Sahi, 24, Manoj Padamsingh Sahi, 20 - both residents of Pune, Birbahadur alias Bicchi Karnbahadur Batala, 55, from Goregaon East, Tapendra Birbahadur Sahi, 20, and Manbahadur alias Rambahadur Sahi, 55, - both living in Dombivli suburb of Thane.

They had committed burglary at Hema Malini's house and looted cash, jewellery and valuables worth Rs.8 million.

Vivek has been running around for the promotion of his next release, Prince. The actor has back-to-back interviews and is having a tough time talking. A source close to the actor reveals, “Vivek was experiencing some pain in his throat since Wednesday, but didn’t pay much attention to it. His condition grew worse on Thursday. Apart from the pain, the tonsils are swollen, and he developed high temperature.”

The source continues, “Luckily, he had not committed to anyone for interviews today. He just had one meeting which got pushed. The actor has been sleeping all day long. He has fever, and the doctor who visited him at home, has asked him to take strict bed rest.”

“Today (Friday) Vivek will be performing at a stage show. Although he is unwell, but he is doing it since he has committed to them,” adds the source.

Vivek’s official spokesperson confirms the news and says, “Vivek is currently sleeping and can’t talk much because of the pain.”

No jhatka-matkas, I've signed two challenging films

She is best remembered as the 'mast mast' girl for her sensual moves, but Raveena Tandon, now a mother of two, says she has left her "jhatka-matkas" behind and has signed two "tough and challenging" films.

"I really don't think I will do the dancing type of movies with 'jhatka-matkas' any more. Every actor goes through a phase and so did I. At that time, there were these dances that I used to be known for. But I've grown out of it. I like doing unconventional, serious and message-based cinema now," Raveena told in an interview.

The 35-year-old, who was in the capital as a celebrity guest for the Good Housekeeping Show 2010, was earlier seen in a slew of commercial potboilers like "Mohra" and "Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi". But later she chose to work in more serious cinema like "Shool", "Daman" and "Satta".

Raveena, who is married to film distributor Anil Thadani, took a break from movies to bring up her children. But she did appear as a judge on two reality shows.

The actress, who was last seen in "Sandwich" in 2006, has now signed two off-beat films.

"I have signed two very tough and challenging films. One is based in Rajasthan - that's a very strong, female-oriented film. The other is a bilingual made in Bengali and Hindi. It's by a Kolkata-based production company and is being directed by Raja Sen, who has won multiple National Awards," Raveena said.

The script of the bilingual movie "The Laboratory" is based on a story written by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore, she said.

"This is a story about a Sikh woman who gets married to a Bengali scientist, who dies soon. Then how, being an uneducated person, she educates herself and brings that whole laboratory of his husband back to life and fights culture differences is what makes the story. I, of course, play the Punjabi woman," Raveena said.

In the Rajasthan-based untitled film too, the actress is playing an inspirational role.

Without divulging much, she said: "This movie is about a woman's fight against an age-old tradition that has been there in Rajasthan since years and which truly prevails till date in some of the backward areas there. The story is about how she fights the social evil."

So are power women finally catching up in Bollywood?

"Yes. In fact, power women on screen have been happening for some time now. At times there are glamorous roles that you want to be associated with and there are times when you want to be part of strong films like 'Shool' and 'Satta' (that) are equally important," she said.

Kajol tops the poll as favourite Bollywood bahu

She has already proved herself as all time favoutrite actress among her fans, Bollywood actress Kajol who is married to actor Ajay Devgn for 11 years now, has been chosen as favourite 'bahu' (daughter-in law) in a poll conducted by matrimonial site shaadi.com.

The site has conducted a poll for upcoming event International Women's Day celebrations in which 250,000 women has participated.

Kajol has received 43.08 percent vote to become favourite bollywood daughter-in-law.
