Rajendra Prasad's 'Hot Old Age' Desire?!

When it comes to comedy or versatile performances, the one man whose name comes first in mind is Rajendra Prasad. And right now, if sources are to be believed, his old flames have rekindled and the reason for that happens to be the comeback of one woman who was once a hot heroine.

She is none other than Rajani and with the announcement of her comeback into TV serials, it is heard that Rajendra Prasad is said to be keen on revisiting his past. The buzz is that he is hoping to pair up with Rajani once again just like old times and who knows, score a hit as well.

For now, Rajani is busy with the TV serial ‘Dr Indira’ and her comeback has cheered up many of her fans as well. Though it is still in air, the Tollywood folks say that it is indeed a good thought to have Rajendra Prasad and Rajani get together once again on the silver screen.

Film duds don’t bother Genelia’s ad quotient

She has no hit after Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na , her comeback venture in Hindi cinema, and yet Genelia D’Souza continues to be a popular face with advertisers.

Consider the odds: Genelia was much less hyped than Asin, another Tamil superstar who made her Bollywood debut around the same time with Ghajini . Asin, after her second film London Dreams failed last year, has no takers in Bollywood and has also not signed any new endorsement deal. On the other hand, Genelia’s brand value continues to rise despite consecutive duds.

So much so, Virgin Mobiles recently signed Genelia as their new brand ambassador in India along with Ranbir Kapoor. The perky actress also scooped up a new assignment as the new face of Garnier.

Experts feel that Genelia successfully fills the cute and bubbly image that was left vacant after Preity Zinta.

“Genelia has an advantage. She is not overly sexy. Rather, she looks cute. That makes her a favourite with families and youngsters because she comes across as a sweet cultured girl,” says ad whiz Prahlad Kakkar.

“She is a young girl with a refreshing personality.

Although Genelia has given flops after Jaane Tu ..., a film comes as a package.

And advertisers in India don’t link a film’s failure to a female actor,” says Anita Nayyar, CEO, Havas Media.

“Genelia carries a unique personality. She is the only young actress who matches the spunk of Kajol, Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta,” says Anirban Das Blah, managing director of KWAN, which manages Genelia’s account.

Probably that’s why Genelia features among the Top 10 celebrity brand endorsers that TAM AdEx released a couple of months ago.

Meanwhile, Genelia’s cute grin is only growing broader. Nowadays, she reportedly charges a whopping Rs 1.5 crore per deal. It puts her only after reigning queens Kareena, Katrina and Priyanka in the ad- money game.

They charge around Rs 2- 2.5 crore per deal.

There is always a huge difference in doing a glamour role and a performance driven role. It gets challenging for a heroine who is known for her sex doll image to come up with a character driven performance but right now, here is one girl who seems to have taken that challenge.

She is none other than Keerti Chawla of ‘Aadi’ fame and lately she has been a busy bird in Kollywood. Soon, she will be doing the role of a blind girl and this is happening in the Tamil film ‘Kulasekharanum Koolippadayum’. The film is being directed by G Siva and Keerthi will wear a contact lens with grey tint.

The film also has Prakashraj, Sathyaraj and others in the lead. Keerthi from her end is quite thrilled about this offer and is thankful to the director for choosing her. This might come across as a different recipe for all those who got used to the beautiful looks of Keerthi than her talented acting.

However, she returned to her base in Bollywood and has become a bombshell that one cannot miss. She is none other than Arthi Chabria. Here she is, proving why she is called a bombshell. Draped with a piece of cloth, Arthi is showing her nude back which is literally going up to her butt cleavage. There is no exaggeration in saying that one touch on the nape of her neck and any man will get electrocuted with passion and will burn to ashes.

Photo Feature: Married Heroine Smoking

Smoking and women are considered two entirely opposite things in our Indian society but then, thanks to feminism and equality mania, women are now competing with men in every aspect, that includes the field of smoking as well. Here is one beauty who seems to have taken an extra step on that.

She is none other than Amrita Arora, the Bollywood bombshell whose recent bikini show resolved the erection problems of many men. Here she is making another bold move and is puffing away to glory. Truth is, Amrita is now married and sporting a rather ravishing outfit along with a cigarette sounds quite rebellious.

Though Amrita’s photos are quite few in number, she ensures that she makes up for the quantity through good quality. Crossing her legs and showing her slit, Amrita is surely pouring ‘Amritham’ over the heads of men who would love to have a lady like this for company.

Trisha’s 6 Lip Kisses With Old Actor

The petite beauty Trisha is today the most sought after heroine in the southern circuit and though it has been few years since she is part of the industry, there has never been a shady scene that she got involved in. However, all that is likely to change if this piece of news is to be believed.

The news from Kollywood is that Trisha has been roped in as the leading lady for the new movie which has Kamal Haasan in the lead. As has been his custom, usually there is atleast one scene of lip lock that Kamal has with his heroine and with Trisha entering the scene, this seems to have been raised.

There is a strong gossip that the film will have not one but a total of six kisses between Kamal and Trisha. Well, even if half of this is true then the audience is going to have a hearty feast. For now, the buzz itself is causing a lot of excitement among many who are waiting for the final confirmation.

Sexy Actress Couldn't 'Weight' Anymore…

Actress Pooja Gandhi, the Bangalore girl is planning to hit Telugu screen this year ‘at any cost’. It seems she is obsessed about her weight these days and is fast hitting the gym to shed all those extra kilos. ‘For a short person like me, even a slight increase in weight looks very odd and so I plan to go on a weight reduction drive. I have already lost more than four kilos in the recent days and am currently sitting on 50 kgs’ says the actress

Not only that, Pooja has a good memory too and remembers her weight in each of her films. “I weighed around 52 kilos during Mungaru Male (Kannada version of ‘Vaana’) ’’, adds the sultry actress who has just returned from a short break.

‘M Dharma Raju MA’ For Manchu Manoj

The budding hero Manchu Manoj has been working real hard to set himself as a ‘different’ actor with a variety approach towards his roles. This has not been yielding that much for him and so, it is heard that he has decided to follow the footsteps of his father, the dynamic Mohan Babu.

Sources say that Manoj is keen on taking up negative roles and even his well wishers are also advising him the same. It is also said that his eyes are set on the movie ‘M Dharmaraju M A’ and that’s the kind of role he wants to portray since he is appealed by that film in a big way.

It must be recalled that the film gave a very new perspective of Mohan Babu and Manoj seems to be bagging a similar mileage by attempting for such a role. Many say that the difference between Mohan Babu and his sons in terms of personality or appeal is like chalk and cheese so let us see if Manoj can prove his critics wrong or not.

Ramcharan Goes Back- Allu Arjun Comes Up?

Well, it could be that today mega powerstar Ramcharan Teja is on the top slot when it comes in comparison with his cousin Allu Arjun. But then, the industry folks and few film pundits say that sooner or later, the situation is going to become reverse.

The reason for that is the growth and success of Allu Sirish, brother of Allu Arjun. Apparently, the Sirish mania has been spreading like wildfire and with the kind of growth he has been seeing, it is natural that he would now focus on boosting the graphs of his brother as well.

Not that Allu Arjun is going through a rough patch but if he gets this extra bit of push then he would surely be surpassing Charan. It remains to be seen how Charan can counter the Allu Sirish factor to stay on top.
