Anushka’s New Year celebration

The buxom beauty Anushka, who is busy now with lots of movies in her hand after the big success of Arundhati has decided to take a break from her busy schedule. As per the sources Anushka has decided to spend her New Year with her family in Mysore.

She is spending New Year with her family at their village farm guest house in Mysore. She took the break from December 30, 2009 to January 3, 2010. She’s expected to arrive in Bangalore on Dec 30th. She will be back to her shooting schedule only on 3rd morning. She is currently shooting a Tamil film starring Surya for about 10 days till Sankranthi.

Rajini kanth’s train fight

Our sources report that Rajinikanth has done a daring stunt sequence in ROBOT, which was choreographed by stunt director Peter Heins. This fight scene has been shot in Lonavala near Mumbai.

According to our source, Rajini took part in the powerful fight scene that was shot on a train. The exotic location in which the train fight was shot will add attraction to the film.

ROBOT’s lead lady, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was also present during the shoots. The film, it must be mentioned here, is directed by Shankar and produced by Sun Pictures.

Allu Sirish's Bikinis For Heroines

The Allu family is known in the film circuit. While Allu Aravind is the crafty movie maker, Allu Aravind is the stylish young hero. However, another Allu kid has been making waves not just professionally but also among those who work with him. He is none other than Allu Sirish, the youngest son of Allu Aravind.

Her name is enough to create a tsunami in the hearts of many men and her looks are sufficient to shake the trousers of all and create an earthquake. She is none other than Shriya and right now, she is the hot topic of discussion for a rather kinky but unfortunate reason.

Apparently, grapevine says that while posing for a film magazine cover page draped in a bathtowel, Shriya’s towel dropped down and the photos clicked. Though measures were immediately taken to censor all those, somehow they got leaked and right now, the nude pictures are said to be making hot circulations.

Those who have seen the stills say that Shriya is looking no less than a sex goddess and with her sculpted body and silky skin, she has raised the mercury levels to an alarming level. The nude photos are said to be in major circulation through the internet but there are those who quash these stills as morphed creations.

Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan dies

Legendary Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan died of a heart attack at his home in Mysore. He was 59 years old. Schools, colleges in Bangalore will remain closed today as a mark of respect. He developed breathing problems at about 0230 hrs IST on Wednesday and he was immediately taken to a private hospital where he breathed his last. According to hospital sources, he died at around 0300 hrs IST on Wednesday. All schools and colleges in Karnataka will remain closed on Wednesday as per Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa's orders as a mark of respect for Vishnuvardhan. Security has been stepped up in Bangalore following the actor's death. Police have set up road blocks around Vishnuvardhan's residence to check the flow of fans. Vishnuvardhan was popularly referred to as the Phoenix of Kannada cinema. He is survived by his Bharati who is also a popular actress, and two adopted daughters, Keerthi and Chandana. In 2005 Vishnuvardhan was awarded honorary doctorate by Bangalore University. He acted in 199 films, won 7 Filmfare Awards and many state government awards. He was also involved in public service and welfare activities of the film world.

NTR Shakthi Will Commence From January 11th

Young dynamic hero of Tollywood NTR nowadays becomes a very busy man. He just finished his latest film ‘Adurs’ and busy with his next film ‘Brindavanam’ being produced by Dil Raju. Even before completing the current one NTR has agreed to start the work for his next project titled as ‘Shakti.’ The shooting of this film will commence from January 11th next year. His latest film ‘Adurs’ is also expected to release in the same period.

Film ‘Shakti’ will be produced by Aswinidut under Vijayanthi Movies banner. Director Meher Ramesh who gave super hits like ‘Kantri’ and ‘Billa’ will direct this film. It’s learnt that there would be two heroines in this film. Tollywood Andhala Kajana Ileana will be pairing with NTR as first heroine and the second heroine’s name not yet announced by the film makers. However, yesteryear noted actress Sridevi may play a role of Mother-in-law of NTR According to Aswinidut, the film will be made with a huge budget of Rs.45 Crore and will be filmed at 12 locations across the globe.

Reema Sen Re Entry Seems Spicy

Reema Sen, who has now changed her name to Reemma, will become the flavor of the coming year 2010. The actress is re-entering Kollywood with a new look and is said to take on the top actress slot after her upcoming movie ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ releases. The promos of the film show Reemma in some spicy still which are raising the temperatures.

Actor Surya on the launch of he audio of AO commented that he is seeing a new Reemma in this movie, who is extremely glamorous and interesting. After a two year hiatus from films (After VALLAVAN in 2007) Reemma is coming back onto the silver screen. Her re-entry has already sent some jitters to some top actresses of Kollywood like Sameera and Shriya who are feeling jealous with the rejuvenated Reemma. Reemma worked very hard for this film under the direction of director Selvargahavan and lost oodles of weight in order to work out well.

Hansika Motwani, who is ready with her upcoming film ‘Sitaramula Kalyanam’ with hero Nitin , is eagerly waiting for a call from Kollywood. In the mean time she starts sending formal signals to Kollywood producers about her interest. Recently, she told the media that she dreams to work with Kamal Hassan and Rajanikanth. Any actress who plans to enter Kollywood will say the same thing. Now, Hansika Motwani also did the same thing. It’s learnt that she already got some offers from Kollywood, but whoever offers her chance in Kollywood asks her to pair with new heroes and certainly not her dream boys Kamal or Rajani.

One such way is said to be the coming together of the Tollywood and Kollywood stars and their exchanges. If grapevine is to be believed, power star Pawan Kalyan who will soon be arriving with his ‘Komaram Puli’ will have the Kollywood star Simbu doing a special cameo.

In return, the buzz is that Pawan will do a cameo in the Tamil version of the film if Simbu plays lead!! Many say that if this happens, it will open up a new avenue for creativity and audience in both Tollywood and Kollywood will have a good time. One can recall the success ‘Peddarayudu’ had when superstar Rajinikanth did a powerful cameo while Mohan Babu played the lead role.

Vamsi meets Brahmanandham who shares the same ideology and also the same aim. Brahmanandham and Vamsi aim to filter the society from all kinds of anti social elements and so decides to assist Vamsi in all ways. Vamsi has another aim in his mind and that is to destroy a gangster who has kidnapped Krishnanevi (Swetha Basu) Krishna Veni and vamsi meet each other and fall in love, but due to unusual circumstances Krishna Veni gets kidnapped. So, in order to trace out Krishna Veni, Vamsi learns about a dreaded gangster Pradeep Rawath. Vamsi also learns that the gangster wants to marry Krishna Veni and wants desires to rape her in order to give a birth to his child who could inherit his mafia kingdom. In the meantime, Pradeep Rawath’s son who is also a grown up dude desire to rape Krishna Veni and makes an attempt in order to full fill his desire. Krishna Veni in order to save herself pushes him against a wall and unfortunately the guy gets killed. The rest of the movie is about Vamsi and his plot to save his girlfriend Krishna veni from the dreaded villain Pradeep Rawath. Performances: Vaibhav plays the role of a youth with a flame in his heart character in this movie ‘Kaasko’. The young hero is good at acting, dancing and action scenes and offers his best for the film ‘Kaasko’. Swetha Basu Prasad has a glamorous role as well as a bit to perform on screen. The actress is seen in some glamorous costumes and reveals her skin in proportionate intervals in ‘Kaasko’. But many audiences felt that she has no potential for acting and just has some meaty assets in top and bottom to show. Gauri Pandit who has a brief role has also a brief role in this movie ‘Kaasko’. Pradeep Rawath and Jayaprakash reddy play their role well. But their villain characters offer them the routine roles which they played in the past. Comedy element is led by Brahmanandham, but is not up to the mark in ‘Kaasko’. The rest of the stars cast are just OK. The music element of this film ‘Kaasko’ is below average and the background score is just average. Analysis: The story of this film ‘Kaasko’ has nothing new to offer and the boring screen play is predictable. The direction department also fails to impress in all aspects. On the whole, the movie ‘Kaasko’ is a flop and may just live a week long life at the box office.

All tollywood Comedians in E.V.V 50th Flick

EVV Satyanaraya is making his 50th film with his elder son Aryan Rajesh. Shooting of the film will commence on January 1st, 2010.

It will be produced on Big B Productions banner. A new face Aishwarya is coming up as heroine. Producer-director EVV Satyanaraya said this is a fullfledged comedy entertainer on the lines of Yevadigola Vadidhi.

For the 50th venture, EVV Satyanaraya is planning to cast all the important comedians of Tollywood. The songs and few scenes will be shot in Bangkok and Hyderabad like in Yevadigola Vadidhi.

The film will be ready for a release in the first week of May 2010. Several of the EVV-directed comedy flicks like Appula Appa Rao, Jambalakadi Pamba, Aa Okkati Adakku, Thotti Ganga and Kitakitalu were big hits.

Kovai Sarala will be paired with Brahmanandam, while Surekha Vani with LB Sriram and Sana with Jeeva. Jyaprakash Redd, Ali, AVS, Raghu Babu, Sudharshan, Jayalalitha and Lavanya Jyotsna. Janardhan are among the cast.

Highlight is that Allari Naresh is playing an important role, while Uday Kiran is likely to play the second lead hero. Koti is composing the music.

Radhika Apte in Tejas Atu Itu

For those who don't know her, Radhika Apte happens to be the chosen one playing the role of Paritala Sunita in the film 'Rakta Charitra' being made by Ram Gopal Varma. Now, the news is that she has been roped in for another movie and this one is being directed by the noted Teja. The film is titled 'Atu Itu' and it is heard that Radhika is playing a crucial role in the movie. The music for the film is composed by Kalyan Malik and this has a horde of newcomers in the lead cast.

Bollywood Babe to Opposite Ramcharan

The Ram Charan and Genelia starrer film is now in brisk progress. The film is being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. The film has been tentatively titled as Orange.
A second hroine has now been finalized opposite Ram charan. She is Shahzan Padamsee. Shahzan acted opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the recently released film Rocket Singh.

Orange is being produced by Nagababu on the Anjana Productions banner. Harris Jeyaraj is the music director.
